Website content is general information, not a vehicle-specific diagnosis or guaranteed compatibility confirmation. Final advice depends on the exact vehicle, equipment, specification and condition.
2. Compatibility
Vehicle systems vary by model year, trim, factory options, regional specification, software and previous modifications. Compatibility statements are subject to verification. Features such as steering-wheel controls, cameras, parking sensors, fibre-optic audio, apps and factory menus may require additional interfaces or may not be retainable in every case.
3. Permanent modifications
Some installations require dashboard trimming, drilling, holes for cable routing, loom splicing, coding or panel modification. Examples can include certain BMW E90 screen installations and ambient-lighting door-card work. These changes can be permanent and may remain visible after removal. Known material changes are discussed before work.
4. Existing vehicle condition
Older or previously repaired vehicles may contain brittle clips, damaged trim, non-standard wiring, corrosion, water ingress, low battery capacity, coding errors or hidden faults. Disassembly can reveal or worsen weaknesses that were not reasonably visible beforehand. We will explain issues found and seek approval before additional chargeable work.
5. Software, apps and connected services
Third-party apps, mobile networks, subscriptions, maps, cloud platforms and manufacturer software can change or stop operating independently of PXRITY. We cannot guarantee indefinite availability of features controlled by third parties.
6. Security products
Trackers, alerts, immobilisation features and dashcams can reduce risk or provide evidence but cannot guarantee prevention of theft, damage, loss or successful recovery. Customers remain responsible for lawful use, subscriptions and account security.
7. Dashcam and recording use
The customer is responsible for operating cameras lawfully, positioning them so they do not obstruct vision, handling footage appropriately and complying with privacy, employment or fleet obligations that apply to their use.
8. Customer-supplied products
PXRITY cannot guarantee the quality, authenticity, compatibility, software support or lifespan of customer-supplied products. Installation does not amount to endorsement of the product.
9. Performance claims
Visual demonstrations, mock-ups and interactive website previews are illustrative. Colour, brightness, fitment and appearance vary by screen, lighting conditions, vehicle trim and selected equipment.
10. Professional advice
For insurance, warranty, finance, lease, roadworthiness, data-protection or other legal implications, obtain advice from the relevant provider or qualified professional before authorising modifications.
